Dr. Ho serves as Chairperson of the scientific advisory board since 2022. Dr. Ho is a professor in the Department of Oncology, the University of Lausanne Ludwig Institute for Cancer Research, Switzerland. Dr. Ho excelled in the emerging field of immunometabolomics. His research explores the metabolic interactions between cancer and immune cells, aiming to enhance immunotherapy by manipulating this crosstalk.

Lori McDermott has served as the Head of Clinical Operations for Pilatus Biosciences since 2025. Ms. McDermott has over 25 years of experience within clinical operations, the last 10 of which have been focused exclusively in early phase oncology. She has successfully overseen submission and clearance of multiple oncology INDs in CDER and CBER, with none resulting in clinical hold, and has managed early phase oncology programs and regulatory activities supporting FDA Fast Track and Orphan Drug designations.
