Dr. Ho serves as Chairperson of the scientific advisory board since 2022. Dr. Ho is a professor in the Department of Oncology, the University of Lausanne Ludwig Institute for Cancer Research, Switzerland. Dr. Ho excelled in the emerging field of immunometabolomics. His research explores the metabolic interactions between cancer and immune cells, aiming to enhance immunotherapy by manipulating this crosstalk.

Dr. Jeffrey Bockman is Executive Vice President and Oncology Practice Head at Lumanity BioConsulting, where he leads the Oncology Center of Excellence. He brings deep commercial and scientific expertise, has led over 1,000 industry assessments, holds four patents, and serves on multiple advisory boards.

Jay Campbell has served as Interim US Site Head, Corporate Strategy & Development of Pilatus Biosciences since 2025.  Mr. Campbell has 12 years of life sciences investment banking experience, over 10 years of corporate experience at private/public oncology companies and has worked on 47 strategic and financing transactions and investments representing over $13.4 billion.

With a background spanning Wall Street equity research, venture capital, and biopharma corporate strategy, Frances Chen brings extensive expertise in biotech capital markets across Asia and the U.S. She specializes in fundraising execution, valuation, and investor engagement, with a strong focus on cross-border financings and life sciences innovation.

Dr. Hui-Cheng Cheng has 40 years of clinical experience and serves as Chief of Radiology at VGH-Taipei, Medical Director of the Yong-Ling Health Foundation, and Chair of BrainXell Therapeutics Global, combining clinical excellence with innovation and strategic leadership.

As a Clinical Research Associate, Dr. Yi-Hsuan Chiang leads the planning and execution of global clinical trials. She ensures regulatory compliance and effective cross-functional coordination, supporting the timely and successful advancement of Pilatus Biosciences’ clinical programs worldwide.

Marnie Hoolahan is a biotech commercial strategist with over 20 years of experience across pharma and biotech, including senior leadership roles in life sciences consulting. She specializes in rare diseases and therapeutic asset optimization, advising executives on portfolio strategy, go-to-market execution, and investor positioning to drive pipeline value.

Mr. James Hsu has served as Director since 2025, representing Elixiron Immunotherapeutics. With over 15 years of experience in the financial industry, Mr. Hsu has managed several large-scale projects, including the Fubon Bank (China) merger and acquisition.

Dr Tiantom Jarutat is Chief Medical Officer at iOmx Therapeutics AG. With nearly 20 years in industry, he has led translational and early clinical development programs at Roche, MorphoSys, and Ridgeline Discovery. Lori McDermott has served as the Head of Clinical Operations for Pilatus Biosciences since 2025. Ms. McDermott has over 25 years of experience within clinical operations, the last 10 of which have been focused exclusively in early phase oncology. She has successfully overseen submission and clearance of multiple oncology INDs in CDER and CBER, with none resulting in clinical hold, and has managed early phase oncology programs and regulatory activities supporting FDA Fast Track and Orphan Drug designations.

As Chief Medical Science at Pilatus Biosciences, Dr. George Peoples brings 30 years of experience as a military surgeon and research scientist. He founded and directed the Cancer Vaccine Development Program, advancing multiple licensed cancer vaccines, and later founded LumaBridge, an oncology-focused CRO. He is also a prolific professor and author in cancer immunology.

Dr. Andrew Zhu is President of Global Clinical Development at Zelgen and an Honorary Professor at Fudan University’s Zhongshan and Cancer Hospitals. Formerly Acting CEO/President of IMAB and President of TJ Biopharma, he also held Jiahui leadership roles. He focuses on developing therapies for HCC and cholangiocarcinoma.
